Sessions are flexible! We might review challenges you’re seeing at home, model and practice strategies, walk through activities with your child, or create a simple plan you can follow during the week.

Do I need to be a teacher or in education to benefit from coaching?

Not at all, that is the point! Coaching is designed for busy parents. I’ll show you easy-to-use strategies that fit into everyday life, no teaching degree required

 

How long are sessions?

Most sessions last about 45–60 minutes. We can adjust based on your goals and schedule.

Where do sessions take place?

Parent coaching is offered both in-person and online. 

 

Will I get resources to use at home?

Yes! You’ll leave each session with practical strategies, activities, or tools you can immediately use with your child.
